Wow its been a month now! I am sorry for not being more active in developing and posting on here as much as I should have!

Life has been very busy as of late with tons of change, so Ive not always had an internet connection, nor the time and energy to work on any of my projects. However, now that things are calming down finally, I can get back to work slowely!

This is starting off small with this update, with a new logo :D

Always wanted to get into pixel art more, and decided to redesign the logo for the site a bit! Not much else (aside from fixing some blurriness to certain images due to image filtering), but here is to (hopefully) more updates soon!

So- I decided to port the site to neocities to try it out! Just trying things out for now, but liking it so far!

The main reason I've decided to try it out is mainly because of my previous hosting/domain company, cloudflare. Since if you purchase a domain from them, you get the option to host a static website through Cloudflare pages, which is nothing more than a glorified GitHub Pages if I'm honest... anyways. The main reason I wanted to kind of move away from them is AI scrapers and bots, as well as unclear Privacy Policy terms. Given the traffic the site was recieving, and their origin, it was somewhat obvious that my site was being scraped, and this was despite me explicitly enabling the "no AI scrapers" option in the control panel.

But yeah- with that said, Neocities! :D

I absolutely fucking love the old internet aesthetics, as I grew up with much of them, and seeing those old trends and designs be revitalized here on Neocities is just so cool to see! While my site definitely isnt the most- uh- well- original, Ill try updating it as time goes on to be more of a form of self expresison! :3

But for now, im mostly just aquainting myself with the site, how it works etc, and deciding if I want to make the switch (also if it makes financial sense). But yeah! Ill post any updates on it here on my blog, or over on bluesky!
